PTO Meetings

Come to meetings — parents put the P in PTO!

Volunteer

PTO puts on a number of events each year and we need your help to make them a success! Events like Panther Prowl, Fall Trunk or Treat, Valentine’s Day Dance or the End of the Year Carnival all require volunteers to put on! We need volunteers to work check in, sell concessions, and pitch in a variety of ways.

Fundraising

Box Tops
It’s as easy as downloading an app on your phone.  Parkwood Upjohn earned over $750 with the Box Tops during the previous school year!  Let’s raise even more this year.

Three times a year, physical Box Tops are turned in to the teachers.  The highest amount of Box Tops in a classroom gets a prize for that submission.

New this year: Box Tops are phasing out the physical cutouts and asking consumers to scan receipts. When you buy qualifying products, scan your receipt using the Box Top app, and your points will be automatically donated to our school.

Ways to get Box Tops:

• Shop during bonus times at Meijer, Costco, and other stores.  By purchasing a specific number of products, you will receive a bonus amount of Box Tops (sometimes up to 200 Box Tops!)
• Check out the list of products online at the Box Tops for Education website.
• Talk to family members and ask them to clip and scan receipts for Box Tops and to designate Parkwood Upjohn as the the school they’re earning for.

Our teachers work hard for our kids.  Here is a Supply List of items most requested during the school year.  Feel free to bring to your child’s teacher or drop some extra off at the office.  All items are appreciated.
